Greco Keynote at IRTA – September 2006

Thomas Greco told the commercial “barter” industry that they have an enormous potential market for their credit clearing services if they would standardize their procedures and credit allocation protocols, and organize their independent trade exchanges into a cooperative network to span broad geographic areas.
