Scott Ritter is a former Marine intelligence officer and chief weapons inspector for the wapons treaty between the US and USSR. He has been working diligently to reduce the threat on nuclear war, a war which is becoming ever more likely given the aggressive stance of the recent US administrations that have not only refused to negotiate with presumed adversaries been but seem bent on extending at all costs US and western control of resources in counries around the world.
